A Message From Our Managing Director:
I've spent the majority of my professional career managing and leading teams in large organizations. Over the years, I worked in the field, held support roles and led Learning and Development teams that designed, developed and delivered training programs.
Like many others, I experienced significant change, some evolution and even some true innovation. Through it all, one passion remained with me - my core desire to help and develop others. Nothing excites me more than seeing someone I managed overcome obstacles, improve a weakness and ultimately earn a promotion. And, I've been fortunate enough to witness this countless times.
I started Franklin Training so that I could spend my time in the pursuit of developing others. My passion for learning, personal development and business results will help you and your teams achieve your objectives in a fun and engaging way.
